1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of stlautomate.com and any STL Automate LLC service that refers to these terms. By using the website or a covered service, you agree to these terms. A separate written service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Services
STL Automate provides automation consulting, implementation, and related tools. Depending on the engagement, a service may connect third-party platforms, process information according to configured rules, prepare drafts or notifications, and support business or internal workflows. The scope of a client engagement is defined in the applicable written agreement or statement of work.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any documentation, authorization, usage limits, and third-party terms that apply. You are responsible for the information, accounts, and permissions you provide for a connected service.
4. Prohibited Misuse
You may not use the website or services to violate law, infringe another person's rights, access data or accounts without authorization, distribute harmful code, interfere with system operation, evade safeguards, or send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
5. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or change website or service features when reasonably necessary. Automation results can depend on third-party systems, configuration, and the quality or availability of source data. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Intellectual Property
STL Automate and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, software, templates, and other materials they own. Client-specific ownership and licenses, if any, are governed by the applicable written service agreement. These terms do not grant either party rights to the other party's trademarks or confidential materials beyond what is needed to use or provide the service.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may connect with third-party platforms, including Google services and n8n. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and availability. You are responsible for maintaining any third-party account and authorization required for your use of a connected feature.

9. Disclaimers
Except for commitments expressly made in a written service agreement, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, STL Automate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or end access to a service if continued use creates a security or legal risk, materially violates these terms, or is no longer covered by an active service arrangement. A separate written agreement may provide additional termination rights and obligations.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
